5. AI-Generated Content

SlideVids uses artificial intelligence to generate narration and video content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Payment is due upon subscription and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

The materials on SlideVids are provided on an 'as is' basis. SlideVids makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitations

In no event shall SlideVids or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use SlideVids, even if SlideVids or a SlideVids authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on SlideVids could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SlideVids does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

12. Links

SlideVids has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SlideVids of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

13. Modifications

SlideVids may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
